This 90 minutes class will be divided in two parts- a Gentle Vinyasa Flow followed by empowering Yoga Nidra & Shamanic Drumming.
In the first part, a combination of Asanas and Pranayama, we will create space to explore both motion and stillness, find physical and mental balance by bringing awareness to our movements in connection with breath.
During the Yoga Nidra Practice you will be lying down in Savasana, in a state of complete relaxation. By the sounds of the drum you will be guided through several stages, starting by developing an intention for your life and the practice, followed by focusing your awareness on your breath, bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts. Throughout, you are encouraged to tap into an underlying sense of peace, and to cultivate consciousness by observing and welcoming whatever is present.
Yoga Nidra can be used therapeutically for healing, it calms the mind, brings relief from stress, and improves sleep.
Expect a satisfying portion of both — movements and deep relaxation, and hopefully a smile on your face and in your heart.

I am Nicole, and have practiced, learned and taught Yoga in Asia, Europe and Australia.
Now my path brought me to Leipzig where I'm planning to stay for longer and continue on sharing my practice. I hold an International Alliance Hatha Yoga and Meditation Teaching certificate and the First Level in Prema Reiki Healing, both of my trainings took place in Thailand.
In my classes I focus primarily on creating a comfortable and safe space for self-development filled with love, joy and respect for each others and oursleves. Exploring both spiritual and scientific aspects of Yoga, with attention to the anatomy of movement.
